Refund policy

All sales are final. Each Lezna piece is handcrafted in small batches, and many are one of a kind, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at shoplezna@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the piece or issue a full refund. 

Natural variations in leather, including differences in color, texture, and hair pattern, are part of the material and are not considered defects.
